ARC Raiders is a third-person extraction shooter developed by Embark Studios, the team behind The Finals. Set in a near future where a machine invasion called the ARC has driven humanity underground, players take on the role of Raiders who venture topside from the underground settlement of Speranza to scavenge weapons, gear and resources.
Runs blend PvE combat against ARC machines with the added risk of other human squads doing the same, so every expedition mixes looting, stealth and gunfights against both robots and people. Successful raids mean extracting before time runs out or before a rival squad catches you first.
