If a price on the site looks incorrect, outdated, or is linking to the wrong product, please include the game name and platform in your message so we can look into it promptly.

Retailer and trust concerns

If you have had a negative experience with a retailer listed on Redeem Keys, or have information about a reseller you think we should be aware of, we take those reports seriously and review them as part of our ongoing retailer assessment process.

Please note that Redeem Keys is unable to assist with individual Steam account issues, key activation disputes with third-party retailers, or refund requests. For those, please contact the retailer directly or reach out to Steam Support.
